The project is to construct a 82 unit, 66,599 SF, twelve-storey mixed market and non-market residential building over an underground parking level on sloping ground.
The exterior siding is brick. Windows and glazing are a mix of clear, translucent and spandrel glass. The main entry to the building is a storefront entry system. An amenity is located on the roof (level 12).
